Thank you.
Yes Queen!! Be supportive of your fellow colleagues and friends! We all need help.
Blessings.
I have been a heck of a flare. I have been pushing it, and my body is screaming at me.
Getting through this week…prayers and good vibes or thoughts are welcome.
Blessings.
May the 4th be with you…
This wasn’t going to be my post today, but after the actor that portrayed Chewey, Peter Mayhew. passed away on May 1st, I had to change it.
Yes I know that this is at Disney, and that this isn’t the actual character, but…I was in awe and blown away by the experience.
It was like I was chatting with Chewey (of course), but really though! I was overwhelmed.
This was an amazing experience, and I am so happy that I was able to experience it.
It was wonderful. Truly awesome, and a memorable experience. I have loved the Star Wars movies, and most of the characters since I was twelve.
By the way, I hate the way I look in the pictures. I have had about thirty pounds of regain, and it shows. Ugh.
Blessings.
May is Lupus Awareness Month. It is also Sjogren’s Syndrome Awareness. I have these diseases but I fight like a girl, and every day is a blessing.

I am a Lupus WARRIOR! 💗
Blessings today and always.
I love raw radishes, or in a salad. My Mom made radishes poached in butter.
I bought these the other day…washed, and cut into quarters or halves.
I decided to roast them with some olive oil, salt and pepper.
Baked for about 30 minutes or until softened, and slightly browned.
I loved these. David doesn’t care for them, but these weren’t bad per him.
My plate…too much food and I didn’t eat all of it.
Blessings.
Happy Monday!
Blessings.

Step back and look at what you are doing from another point of view.
Everyone’s journey is different. I say this to our children as their paths are different from their friends. And I say this to myself with work, weight loss and with my Lupus struggles.
Count your blessings. It helps remind ourselves of what we have done not what needs to be done.
Blessings.
So thankful for this grace!!
Blessings.
