First…let me just say that Lupus sucks.

I am in a battle with insurance and secondary copays with my Actemra shots. I have been without my shot for two weeks, and I can honestly say I haven’t felt this bad in a long while. I have five mouth sores, swollen joints and severe fatigue.

Ugh. I have to function. I have to go to the max every day. I can’t have this happen. What makes me even more frustrated is the fact that I can’t contact the insurance companies but during the day–my work day!
Can someone say “screw me”?! But really though!!
Life in the moment:

I am tired, fatigued, I hurt…physically…emotionally drained. And completely done.

My Passion Planner focus for this week. I will say that I make the bed (or the last person out of the bed-mainly David) daily.
We had just washed my quilt…Dexter claims it to be his.

Ready for the weekend! Love y’all!
I fail at something everyday…
We just pan seared them, skin side down in a bit of olive oil.
Cook on the skin side first (about a third of the way through), and flip just to finish the cooking (maybe two minutes maximum).
Hint from Gordon Ramsey: score the salmon skin before cooking will ensure that the fish won’t curl up during cooking. It worked (like I question him and his suggestions – ha).
My plate with a bit of jasmine rice, an roasted snow peas. This will be my go to recipe for Salmon for a while.
So thankful for this grace!!
