So after a 115 pound weight loss:

Apparently per my rheumatologist I am no longer bone on bone with my knees! I am to take it easy with exercise, and to build up the muscle around my knees, but for the most part, I can start doing things I want to do as long as my body allows it.
Dancing, yoga, jogging—really anything I want to try.

2 Years ago yesterday…was my gastric sleeve surgery and while I am not at my lowest weight I am no where near my heaviest! I have had some regain but no guilt. I am so very grateful for my path here.

They have these pigs hanging on their walls, and I seriously thought that they were wrought iron, and so wanted one. So I asked if I could have one – sure for $20. The picture below is what Carmen posted on her Snapchat of me after I got my pig!
Just a tad bit excited! But, can you blame me?! We will make this a frequent place when we visit, and not just because of the chalk pig!
And now she hangs above the kitchen table. Not sure that I want to write on it…yet. Love that pig! (And, I have NO desire to collect pigs, but this one was special.) Now to work on the clutter on the table.
