Doesn’t matter what happens to any of us…we come together when needed or just because.
Love these women more than words.

From my Passion Planner last week. I have been praying – meditating on this all week.
When the kids were little, our concentration on friends were those with children of similar ages and interests. As adults, those interests have changed. My work has changed…David’s work has changed. He has the time to be more involved with the local community theater. We have met some incredible people along this path. I am so very grateful for the exposure to so many cultures and groups.
I miss my Christian involvement, and have guilt about not being involved with church. However, I feel as though I no longer belong there. Again, it is about growth and change, and it isn’t all bad.
I like the people I/we that are surround us. I love my besties, and miss them terribly when we can’t spend time together. I love our friend groups, and they are most definitely a diverse group of people.
Need to remember that I should be a good person to be around, to encourage others to be better or bring them some amount of joy. I also need to remind myself that it is okay to let some of them go, especially when they bring me down.
Thoughts?
Blessings.
When I was with the besties in Tallahassee, we traveled to Havana, Florida.
We happened upon a nice tavern that had these adorable coasters.
Thoughts for perfect a Tuesday!
Blessings.
I completely forgot to post something this morning.
We are traveling back from a wonderful couples weekend in Tallahassee. I so love these people.
We also helped Carmen unload more of her apartment.
Will post more tomorrow.
Blessings.
This weekend I am able to spend some time with my Besties.
Work has been crazy, good crazy, and I am ready to spend time with friends.
Hubby’s are going as well, and we are in Tallahassee. Not sure what we are doing, but I know it will be a good weekend.
What kind of adventure would the above picture say about you? Do you have people you can be crazy with? Or feel they bring out your best?
Blessings!
Thankful for those that love me and put up with my day to day crap. Thankful for those friends who tend to me regardless of my situation.
Thankful.
Be a best friend. Simple, right? This is hitting home today. I feel as though I don’t have enough time to be the best friend that I should be.
Looks like this will be mindful goal for next year.
Have you been thinking about your goals, and what you need to work on for next year?
Blessings.
I beat my best mile time at 16:50!! I am a usual 17:22-17:40 mile. Super excited about that!
My overall time was 55:34. Not my best…but not my worst. 🏃♀️
Glad I finished…plus I had on a tutu made by my bestie!! 💗🎄
Love her!
Blessings!!
I spent time with my besties this past weekend. It has become an annual event as we have been attending Market Days in Tallahassee together now for five years. That seems crazy to me.
This year there was rain, a ton of rain, but we were able to be inside for the major downpours.
It was still a lot of fun, and although none of us was shopping for anything specific, we all found lots of wonderful things.
We went to Hobby Lobby as well (once the shopping was done at Market Days). That place was nuts!! Apparently it was half price on all Christmas…well…Nuts! We got supplies to make the Christmas Cork Trees. I am so excited about these trees! That will be in another post.
We had a ball together, and was able to make the Christmas Soldiers. But it is the time spent just being able to chat, and encourage one another that is so special to me. These girl friends are like family to me. I so cherish our time together.
Who do you choose to be with? What would you change about the time spent if you could?
Blessings.
Girl time this weekend…and we make happy’s to give away for friends and co-workers.
It’s the girl time that make me happy!
What do you do for fun?
Blessings.
