Happy Friday!
No matter the circumstances or the time that passes these two have been amazing…always there, always loving and supportive.
I wish I lived closer…I wish I could be there for all of the important moments. I don’t. But…it doesn’t matter. We are always there when we need each other, regardless the circumstances.
Love knows no boundaries…and these two prove that.
Blessings.
Carmen and I are in Washington DC and NYC this week for my spring break, and to celebrate her graduation from LSU last December.
It is aLao a great excuse to spend time with my nieces (and Carmen to have some cousin time). Spending time with family, and their chickens.
The girls are in school, so we explored DC museums yesterday, and are planning on visiting the Supreme Court today.
Oh, by the way, yesterday’s high temperature was 49 degrees! The temperature this morning…29 degrees! Today is supposed to be a bit warmer—51 degrees. Yikes. Carmen and I are warm blooded…and have been freezing! We did bring coats and gloves…but these Florida girls are missing the beach.
Blessings.
Y’all! I am in love with this book!! Have any of you read it?
I am thinking about cooking and blogging my way through it? Thoughts? Would y’all be interested in in that?
Blessings.
So incredibly proud to be an Arkansas Razorback fan.
We lost by the way…but it was a heck of a series. We had an incredible team this year.
Always a 🐗❤️.
NaBloPoMo 2012 – Day 10
I live in the panhandle of Florida in between Pensacola and Panama City. Some people call it South Alabama, but I don’t.
But we are part of South East Conference in college football. I say this because everyone here is a fan of either Florida, Alabama, Auburn (lots of those) or LSU. I am a lonely girl by liking Arkansas. I was raised twelve miles souteast from the University of Arkansas, and went there some. (Partied there, more than anything.)
So, as far as I am concerned, Fall is football season. We look forward to this time of year more than most. Which in itself really insane. But most of the SEC fans are insane. We have to be to do what we do on game days, or during the season.
My wonderful hubby is an alumni from LSU, and LSU and UofA (Arkansas not Alabama) have a game at the end of the season called the Boot Game. I love it. We have more fun cheering on our teams. Hurts most of the time (especially this season), but we love each other and football.
Southern girls and football I found this picture (quote) on Pinterest, and it is truth.
Hope you are enjoying your Saturday.
Blessings,
Jerry Ann
