Sunday Thoughts
This morning I woke to a cool temperature of 60 degrees. It felt invigorating.
So I promptly went to work on the laundry, cooking and prepping for the weeks meals, working on bills, and repotting a couple of plants.
I love this weather. I love Fall. Having the windows and doors open, things roasting and baking is dream like for me.
Today has been a true gift, and I am thankful.

Hurricane Michael Part 3
We are fine. The eye went to Mexico Beach, and I am grateful and sad.
Our family and friends in general are fine.
We ended up playing cards and having hotdogs. Super fun, and so grateful it was just a little rain and wind.
Devastation for so many in Panama City and in the path of this storm. Prayers for those not so far away from us.

Thanksgiving

There are so many things I am thankful for this year. We are healthy, have a home, have food to eat (more than enough). We have family here at the moment. We have friends that we enjoy and care about like family. We have jobs. Really no complaints. I miss my Mom, but I always do at this time of year especially.
