I do this weekly.

It stings, but doesn’t hurt. I hate doing this, but I know it helps me.

Weekly…shots.

Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogren’s Syndrome, Raynaud’s Syndrome—crap.  So…life.
